SBA Disaster Loans

 

Success-Based Fee Model

  • My consulting fees for SBA disaster loans adhere to SBA regulations, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • No upfront payment is required.
  • Fees are only due after the successful disbursement of loan funds.

 

Fee Structure

  • Business Disaster Loans: $2,500 flat fee.
  • Home Disaster Loans: $500 flat fee.


Additional Services (Optional)

  • Pre-Application Guidance: $400 (one-time fee, optional).
  • Financial Document Preparation: Starting at $800, depending on the scope of work.
  • Fees Services:
    • Detailed analysis of financial statements: $300 per review.
    • Assistance with loan appeals or reconsiderations: $500 flat fee.

Service Overview

We provide professional consulting services to help clients secure SBA funding. Our services include loan application assistance, funding opportunity identification, and additional guidance tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Below is the detailed fee schedule designed to reflect competitive market averages:


Fee Structure


Success-Based Fee Model:

  • Our consulting fees are based on a percentage of the total funds secured for the client.
  • No payment is required upfront.
  • Payment is due only after successful loan disbursement.


Fee Percentage Breakdown:

  • Loans up to $100,000: 2.5% of the funds secured.
  • Loans from $100,001 to $500,000: 2% of the funds secured.
  • Loans over $500,000: 1.5% of the funds secured.


Minimum Fee:

 A minimum fee of $500 applies to all loans. 


Additional Services (if required):

  • Pre-Application Guidance: $400 (one-time fee, optional).
  • Business Plan Development: Starting at $1,200, depending on complexity.
  • Financial Document Preparation: Starting at $800, depending on scope. 

Itemized Services:

  • Financial Statement Analysis: $300/review.
  • Loan Appeals/Reconsiderations: $500 flat fee.

Below is the detailed fee schedule for our grant writing services:


Fee Structure


Hourly Rate:

  • $75 per hour for all grant writing services.


Project-Based Fees:

  • Foundation Proposals: Starting at $1,500.
  • State Proposals: Starting at $3,000.
  • Federal Proposals: Starting at $6,000.


Additional Services (if required):

  • Grant Budget Development: Starting at $750, depending on the complexity.
  • Grant Research and Funding Identification: $400 flat fee for a detailed report of potential opportunities

Policies Overview

 

General Policies

  • All clients are required to provide accurate and complete information for the services requested.
  • Services are provided in good faith and based on the information supplied by the client.
  • A signed agreement outlining the scope of work and fee structure is required before any services commence.

 

Retainer Policy

  • A $500 retainer is required for clients requesting comprehensive consulting services or multiple additional services. This retainer will be credited toward the final invoice upon successful loan disbursement. The retainer is non-refundable if services are terminated before submission of the loan application.


Confidentiality

  • All client information and documentation are treated with strict confidentiality.
  • We do not share or disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.


Payment Policies

  • Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the signed agreement.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees, as specified in the agreement.


Cancellation and Refunds

  • SBA Loan Assistance: As fees are success-based, no refunds are provided once payment is received.
  • Grant Writing Services: No refunds are provided once the proposal is submitted or the project is completed.
  • Clients may cancel services prior to work beginning without incurring charges.


Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, clients are encouraged to contact our support team for resolution.
  • If necessary, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration as outlined in the signed agreement.
